| Hello, how is everyone doing today? I feel very tired, maybe because I haven't been having my usual 2-5 coffee's per day? lol. My weight has been bothering me as of late. I haven't been pigging out, yet the scale seems to going up, driving me insane! But I also haven't been working out at all. I was looking at pictures of myself from this past summer and wow, was I ever in good shape! Now I don't even work out, and it really shows. Even if I don't eat a lot I won't be losing weight or getting a nice tight shape unless I exercise; I believe it's all in working out, and sweating your fat offf (lol)!
I will come up with a work out plan that actually fits my schedule, one where I can push myself hard, in a timely manor.
Hope to see the numbers drop tomorrow. Wish me skinniness!

| Weigh in: 138. I really didn't think I'd be this high considering the fact that I have barely ate anything all week!!
It's okay though.. I tried. Now all I can do is try harder.
I'm going away for the weekend and I'm going to weigh myself on Monday. I Better be lower! I won't be eating much this weekend and I will be dancing a lot so I hope to be smaller on Monday.
I hope your all doing well and losing. & remember, everything comes in time. & having a positive attitude always helps. Like for example: I was 149 two weeks ago and now i'm 138, thats good, thats progress riiighhhht?! So instead of being like "omg! wtf.. i'm not 130 yadayadayada", I'm just going to think: "hey, at least i'm down and will get lower in time".
Have a good wknd and remember: NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS FEELING AND LOOKING SKINNY DOES! AND THATS A FACT!
